While at a very small pool of water along one of the Merritt Island refuge paths, we watched as a group of various bird species moved about, feeding, flying, wading or just interacting with each other. My wife loves the look of young White Ibis as their brown and white feathers contrast with each other, creating different patterns and shapes. I was able to grab this capture of this young White Ibis as it came out of the water and up the grass embankment.
